New Adventures In Folk: The Best Of 2011
by Folk Alley

Sharing from exfm to your favorite social sites just got a lot easier. Automatic in fact. Now, when you Love a song on exfm you can have that song automatically post to Twitter, Facebook or Tumblr as well.
If you want to enable auto-posting you’ll need to turn it on (it’s off by default). Simply visit Settings > Social. Then check which services you want enabled for auto-posting. That’s it. Go about Loving tracks that catch your ear and exfm will handle the rest. No longer do you need to interrupt your listening to share songs. One click of the heart icon and that track is on its way to your favorite social sites. Seamless music sharing at its best, yet still with meaning.

Two added bonuses with this latest sharing update:
We really believe sharing music with friends is an integral part of the enjoyment. We’re working hard to make it as easy as possible, while still maintaining the importance of why you are sharing a track. We hope you like these improvements. We have even more great things in store for sharing in the new year. Thanks again.
Bowery Coffee hasn’t disappointed me yet. This is definitely in the top 3 NYC cafes for 2011. Counter Culture Apollo espresso.
Yesterday you had one choice for Trending on exfm – whatever was popular overall. While great, we knew we could do better. So, we did.
Starting today you can filter Trending.

Everybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime by Beck
I really love Beck. Everything he does, but particularly his slower, more melancholy tracks. I thought he’d be a one-hit wonder with Loser. I was dead wrong. He is one of the top five songwriters in the last 20 years in my opinion. Could listen to him all day every day. PS: Thanks to my good friend Ted for making this bubble up in my exfm feed. Miss you buddy. You’re the best.
